By clicking “Submit” you provide your signature consenting to Prime Media Consulting LLC and its partners contacting you for marketing purposes via phone call to the number you provided, including by use of automated dialing equipment. You understand that you are not required to give such consent as a condition of making a purchase of our products.

1. Sweepstakes Summary: Entry into this Sweepstakes begins on February 21, 2023 and ends February 24, 2023 at 12:00 PM PST. Any entries received after the Sweepstakes period will not be considered. This Sweepstakes consists of one winner drawn from all eligible entries received between these dates. To enter, complete and submit the form above. You will be asked to enter your name and valid phone number, home address and email address that is your own email address. You MUST provide valid information in all fields to be eligible. By entering into this sweepstakes, you consent to permitting Prime Power Partners to contact you in the event you win. No purchase necessary and purchase will not, in any way, increase chances of winning. One entry per person using this form. Entering more than once using the official form is prohibited and does not increase your chances of winning. Winners will be chosen at on January 16, 2023 using www.random.org. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with these official rules.
2. Privacy Policy: It is Prime Power Partners privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent entrant’s contact information (name, email address, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this sweepstakes you consent to allowing Prime Power Partners to: (1) contact you via email or phone to alert you if you have won; (2) post your name along with the prize you have won in the event you win on the Prime Power Partners website; and local Public and Private Facebook Community Groups (3) add you to the Temecula Valley Community Events newsletter database. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.
3. Drawing: Entry into this Sweepstakes begins on February 21, 2023 and ends on February 24, 2023 at 12:00 PM PST. Any entries received after the Sweepstakes period will not be considered. To enter, a person must complete and submit the giveaway entry form above. (a) One entry per person using this form. Entering more than once using the official form is prohibited and does not increase your chances of winning. (b) Winners will be randomly selected on January 16, 2023 from all eligible entries using random.org. Prime Power Partners will contact the winner via phone and/or email and announce the winner’s name on its website once the winner has claimed his or her prize. The winner MUST RESPOND TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS to claim his or her prize. (c) If potential winner declines prize, fails to respond to email and/or telephone efforts to contact him or her or fails to use the prize, Prime Power Partners reserves the right to either select another winner or deem the prize forfeited. If a dispute arises over a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account is registered.
4. Prize: The Sweepstakes prize will consist of TEN WINNERS, each winning ONE (1) Prize which includes (1) Ticket to participate in the Prime Power Partners Presents: Squid Games Event on March 11, 2023. Contestant must be verified that they are 18+ to play in the Squid Games at the time of the contest on March 11, 2023 by valid ID. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
5. Conditions of Participation: Each prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, along with any other fees or expenses, associated with any prize he or she wins. Accepting a prize constitutes winner’s consents to the use of their name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent such use is permitted by law.
6. Eligibility: To be eligible to win Sweepstakes prize, entrant must: (a) Complete and submit the form above between February 21, 2023 at 12:00 PM PST and February 24, 2023. (b) MUST agree to be a subscriber or their information entered into the sponsoring Temecula Valley Community Events Newsletter & have already “LIKED” the Temecula Valley Community Events Facebook Page (see item 10 Sponsors below). By entering the Sweepstakes, those who are not already subscribed grant Prime Power Partners and its sponsors permission to subscribe them to the Temecula Valley Community Events edition where they live. (c) Current subscribers must enter using the email address where their e-newsletters are sent. (d) An entrant is not eligible to win if he or she is under 18 years of age as of March 11, 2023 or not a legal resident of and currently residing in one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia. (e) Void where prohibited. (f) No purchase necessary to enter or win. (g) One entry per Sweepstakes using the official entry form: if you enter more than once using this form, you may be excluded from the Sweepstakes. (h) Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. (i) Prime Power Partners is not responsible for problems encountered with computer systems, equipment, failure of email, or problems with the internet or entrant’s internet connection. (j) Prime Power Partners assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of human error, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY ALTER OR DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PRIME POWER PARTNERS LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Disputes/Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without reference to its choice of law rules. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of California for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.
9. Winner Information: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and the winning names will be posted on the participating Prime Power Partners & Partners website upon acceptance of the prize.
10. Sponsors: Prime Power Partners & Temecula Valley Community Events Newsletter is the sponsor of this sweepstakes.
11. Release: By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify (i) Prime Power Partners LLC, and (ii) the Temecula Valley Community Events identified in the Sponsors above and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and advertising and promotion agencies of each from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (a) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or (b) entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
